The “Italian Association of Professional Negotiators”(AINP) was established in Rome on July 24, 2009.

The Association, the only one of its kind in Italy, was born from the will of a group of established professionals, operating in strategic sectors of national and international commercial negotiation.
In particular, they are representatives of experts in international commercial law, corporate communication, international marketing, scholars of geopolitics, international finance and contracts with the aim of meeting and responding effectively to the information and training question of those who, in various capacities (companies, professionals, public bodies and private individuals …), must conduct negotiating activities of varying complexity, entity and nature both at home and abroad.

By unanimous decision of the founding members, the presidency went to the accountant and negotiator Dr. Gianluca SANTORELLI supported, in his work, by renowned professionals and university teachers.

AINP proposes to protect the figure of the “Professional Negotiator” in a cooperative and non-competitive vision with those who, for various reasons are interested in the topic, within the Italian legal system. Also, it promotes the performance of the related activity in a national and international field.

To this end, the Association organizes conventions, conferences, congresses, debates, inquiries and seminars aimed at raising awareness and informing about topics of social interest.

The associative purposes also include professional training and advanced training in the legal, financial, social and communication sciences.

A technical-scientific committee, made up of professionals with multidisciplinary skills (professionals who in various capacities work in the field, university professors, researchers and experts) has the task of coordinating the initiatives carried out by the Association and their consistency with institutional purposes as well as perform a proactive function for the activities and research promoted by the Association. In short, the Italian Association of Professional Negotiators stands as a safe and qualified point of reference for Italian negotiators and to date, after more than 10 years of activity, a reference also for those who, abroad, have been dealing with the subject for some time and were able to appreciate the Italian style of professional negotiation.
